4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

▪️You have the legal authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent.

▪️All information provided (billing, shipping, contact) is accurate and up to date.

▪️You will not use the service for illegal activities, including shipping of prohibited or restricted items.

▪️You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics.

5. Service Booking & Confirmation

▪️Bookings can be made via our website, customer support, or authorized agents.

▪️A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been processed and a tracking/booking ID is issued.

▪️The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its sole discretion.

6. Pricing, Payment & Invoices

▪️All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and surcharges unless explicitly stated.

▪️Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or bank transfers.

▪️Full payment must be made prior to the dispatch of consignments, unless a credit account is approved in writing.

▪️Any additional costs (customs duty, storage charges, etc.) incurred after booking will be invoiced separately.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Key points:

▪️Cancellation before service commencement may be eligible for partial or full refund.

▪️Services canceled after dispatch/pick-up may not be eligible for refund.

▪️Refunds are processed as per the timelines and conditions specified in the policy.

8. Liability & Limitation

▪️Alraspira’s liability for loss, damage, or delay of consignments is limited to the declared value or as per industry-standard liability caps.

▪️The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services.

▪️Alraspira is not liable for service delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control (Force Majeure).

9. Insurance

▪️Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage at the time of booking.

▪️In the absence of insurance, Alraspira’s liability remains limited as per clause 8.

▪️Claims under insurance policies are subject to verification and documentation.

10. Delivery & Performance

▪️Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

11. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You may not book consignments that contain prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:

▪️Hazardous Materials (explosives, flammables)

▪️Narcotics & Illegal Substances

▪️Counterfeit Goods

▪️Perishable Items (without prior declaration)

▪️Items restricted by law or regulations in transit or destination locations.

12. Claims & Disputes

▪️Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or 7 days of expected delivery.

▪️Claims must be submitted with supporting documentation including booking ID, proof of loss/damage, and any invoices.

▪️Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Alraspira Logistics Services and protected under applicable copyright laws.

14. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Modifications to Terms
